Listen to a Learning Experience and pass the short quiz. Each Learning Experience carries a designated number of points. On occasion, there are Learning Experiences that award increased points — so look out for those!

There's lots of prizes in the Points Store so you can pick your perfect prize! Choose from a variety of logoed swag, e-cards, cool experiences, and charitable donations. It's up to you!

Yes! The more Learning Experiences you complete, the more points you accumulate in your Points Wallet, redeemable for prizes of higher value. Check out your Points Wallet to see how many points you have accumulated and have redeemed. Unused points can roll over from quarter to quarter.

There's no limit to how many Learning Experiences you can complete; however, points accrual is limited to 4 completions per quarter. Any completions beyond 4 will be awarded at the beginning of the following quarter.

At any time, you can redeem some or all of the accumulated points in your Points Wallet. There is no limit! Plus, your unused points roll over to the following quarter.

Redemptions are processed once a week on Friday for any redemptions made by EOD Thursday. Gift card and virtual prizes will be in your inbox by EOD that Friday. Physical prizes typically arrive within 3 weeks.

Registration time varies, but your request will be processed promptly. Additional registrations or prompts to the system do nothing to expedite the process.
